At Comfy Kaya, we want you to feel happy and confident with every purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve kept our return and exchange process simple and customer-friendly.


1. Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • One-Time Free Return/Exchange
    You may return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging intact.

    ⚠️ Please note: Items received through an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again. We request you to choose the size, color, or replacement item carefully when placing an exchange request.

  • After 3 Days
    Once 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please raise a return/exchange request on our website within 3 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

  • Return Pickup Limitations
    If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to our warehouse. We will reimburse up to ₹120 for your shipping cost once the return is processed. (Proof of courier bill is mandatory for reimbursement.)


2. Returns for Combos & Discounts

  • Partial Return of Combo Products
    If you return one item from a combo purchase, the refund will be adjusted according to the individual product price and not the discounted combo rate.
    Example: If you buy 2 products worth ₹1999 each under a combo offer for ₹1499, and return one, you will receive amount accordingly.

  • Order-Level Discounts
    If you return part of an order that had multiple items with a discount, the final refund will be recalculated based on the revised discount applicable to the items you keep.


3. Exchanges

  • You can exchange your item for another product of equal or lower value.

  • If the exchanged product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID after your new item is delivered.

  • Prepaid/UPI gateway discounts applied on the original order will not carry over to the exchanged order.


4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order anytime before it is shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • For urgent cancellations, we recommend contacting our Customer Support Team directly.


5. Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellations (Pre-Shipment): If you cancel before dispatch, your refund will be processed immediately, and it may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Returned Items: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds will be initiated within 1–2 working days to the bank account/UPI ID you provide during the return request. Refunds will not be sent back to the original payment source.

  • Exchanges with Lower Value Items: If your exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID after your replacement is delivered.


6. Important Notes

  • Please double-check before handing over items during return pickup. Couriers do not perform quality checks at pickup; we will not be responsible for wrong items given.

  • Always collect a pickup receipt from the delivery partner. This acts as proof in case of disputes.

  • In case of any confusion or special requests, we encourage you to connect with our support team before making decisions on returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
